1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a OneTaj account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use OneTaj on behalf of a masjid or organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the causes you publish, the donations you receive, and keeping your login, WhatsApp Business number and payment account credentials secure.

• Provide accurate information about your organization and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including your team members.

3. Donations and causes

Your organization is responsible for describing each cause honestly, using donations for the purpose they were given, handling Zakat according to the guidance your organization follows, and issuing any receipts or tax documents required where you operate. OneTaj provides the tools; it is not a charity and does not decide how donations are used.

4. Acceptable use

Use OneTaj lawfully and respectfully. Do not send spam, raise funds under false pretences, collect money for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. WhatsApp compliance

Your organization must follow Meta WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including opt-in requirements for broadcasts and approved templates for messages sent outside the 24-hour customer service window.

6. Payments

OneTaj never holds donations. Each organization connects its own payment account, and payments settle directly between the donor, the payment provider and your organization.

7. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account settings.

8. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break WhatsApp policies or these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

OneTaj is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as OneTaj evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect.

11. Text messages

OneTaj sends text messages to the mobile number you enter on a sign-in, sign-up or giving page: sign-in codes, gift receipts, notices about a regular gift, and thank-you messages from the organization you gave to. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of giving. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
